In one of the most informative posts I've ever read on agents (no offense to others who touch on this subject), Lynn Viehl discusses everything you'd probably ever want to know about agents. This is a must read, no matter if you already have an agent or if you're out shopping for your first. Oh, and thanks to Mark Terry for the heads up on it.
